Ice Cool Facts!

Bonjour Madam et Messieurs! Today, I will be giving you some really cool facts (literally!) that I hope will interest you. Check it out!

-If the sun was layered by a layer of ice that is 1 mile thick, the sun would melt the ice in 2 hours.
-The coldest temperature ever measured was taken at Vostock Station, Antarctica, in July 1983. The temperature was -89 degrees C.
-The Last Ice age was biggest about 18,000 years ago. Ice stretched from the North Pole down south to places like The Great Lakes in North America and even all the way to cover most of Britain and Scandinavia!
-In the North and South Pole, the sun either does not rise in the winter season nor does it set in the Summer season! Isn't that incredible?

  1. It's either "Bonjour Madame et Monsieur" or it's "Bonjour Mesdames et Messieurs" unless you're addressing one lady and a whole bunch of gentlemen, or vice versa which I don't think applies here.
